The Bats have Awakened!

The last few days have been extremely fun down at Miller Park! The bats have awakened! A lot of homeruns have been hit, and the Brewers are on the brink of sweeping the Houston Astros today. This past weekend made for a lot of great pictures, including the one of Lucroy above, and this one of Manny Parra below.

Of course, we all like winning, right? Well, here’s a picture of Superfan Handy Jay and Superfan Pete who won a free John Axford T-shirt on Saturday night! Also, Corey “The Condor” Hart tossed me a ball, which I caught very gracefully since I’m a pro.

Last but not least, I was very happy to see my friend Josh who came down from Wausau to see the Rockies/Brewers series. He is a Cubs fan and a Brewers fan (somehow), but I’ve learned to accept people like this, as confused as they may be. Just kidding buddy, glad you could make it, and love the seats! Now stop texting and enjoy some Brewers ball.

One final note, I am proud to announce that I’ve lined up the second ever player interview for the Superfans blog. I will reveal our second mystery guest as soon I edit and format his interview, so stay tuned, superfans!

Games back to St. Louis: 2
Games back in Wild Card: 2
Games attended by Superfan Pete: 7

Author: Superfan Pete

I am a life-long superfan of the Milwaukee Brewers, but don't hold that against me! I love baseball, every team, every crack of the bat, every close play, and especially the rivalries. I am 30 years old living in Brown Deer, WI (about 10 minutes north of Milwaukee). Currently I work in retail but hopefully soon I will be working for MLB, preferably in the MLB Fan Cave in New York City. My purpose in starting this blog is to highlight the Milwaukee Superfans as well as their antics, ramblings, and achievements. If I've missed anything, please feel free to send me a email and ask away! Go Brewers!
