West Coast Chop-Chop-Chop-er!

If you haven’t heard about what happened on Monday night in San Diego, you either live alone in the woods, or you’re a Cubs fan. Ryan Braun had a fantastic night at the plate with 3 home runs and a triple for six RBIs! Great job Brauny, it’s nice to have you back to your old self. I was fortunate enough to see part of the game on TV, but I do have friends who were even more fortunate to see it in person in San Diego.

Today, Shaun Marcum pitched quite well, going 7 innings with 3 hits and 6 strikeouts. Our bats were quiet however, and ultimately the Padres took the win for today. One more day in sunny San Diego, then an off day, and after that the crew will be up in San Francisco, where my good friend Sarah Blatter will be cheering the Condor and the rest of the Brewers to a win.  Way to hold it down out in ‘Frisco, Sarah!  I’m there with you in spirit, and be sure to send me some live from the game picture updates.  Those are the best.  🙂

Lastly, an update from our AAA team, the Nashville Sounds.  Mark Rogers had a solid outing on Monday, after his start had been pushed back a day due to a rain-out in Iowa.  Who wants to play those Cubs in Iowa anyways!  Great job Mark, hope everything is feeling great, and we are proud of the progress you have made so far!  As many of our readers know, Mark is one of the Superfans’ favorite players, and be sure to expect an interview with him sooner than later!  Good night and farewell to my readers, I will be moving to a new residence this week and am not sure when Time Warner Cable will get the interwebs hooked up for the ol’ blog machine.  Look on  the bright side of things though, a new residence means I will have a dedicated Brewers room set up with all the cool stuff I’ve collected over the years!

I am a life-long superfan of the Milwaukee Brewers, but don't hold that against me! I love baseball, every team, every crack of the bat, every close play, and especially the rivalries. I am 30 years old living in Brown Deer, WI (about 10 minutes north of Milwaukee). Currently I work in retail but hopefully soon I will be working for MLB, preferably in the MLB Fan Cave in New York City. My purpose in starting this blog is to highlight the Milwaukee Superfans as well as their antics, ramblings, and achievements. If I've missed anything, please feel free to send me a email and ask away! Go Brewers!
