The ULTIMATE Tailgate Experience!

A few months ago, while I was off on my MLB Fan Cave adventures in Arizona, I got wind of an upcoming opportunity that could possibly involve the Milwaukee Superfans and myself.  I heard from my friend and Social Media Director, Superfan Josh, that the Travel Channel may be looking at filming our tailgating traditions.  First of all, yes, I have a friend who helped me manage the Facebook pages of Superfan Pete and The Milwaukee Superfans.  It was very helpful while I could focus more on the Twitter and blog aspects to have a friend I can trust do the other parts.  Well, it was announced a few weeks ago that indeed, the Travel Channel is coming to Miller Park this month!

travchanThis is the official notice asking for Superfans to apply.  I, as a Milwaukee Superfan, am asking the rest of you out there to step forward and take command of your burgers and brats, and let’s show the rest of the world how we do it in Wisconsin!  We tailgate harder and better than any other fans in the world!  Now it is time to step up and prove it.

My group has applied and are waiting to hear back.  Remember, we aren’t trying to outdo each other.  Rather, we just need to come together and show that we’re waaaaaaaay better than Cubs fans!  🙂

PS – Yes, we have 2 resident Superfans who are Cubs Superfans.  Jon and Michelle will be at our tailgate, celebrating the great sport of baseball with us.  If we are lucky, Michelle will bring us some of her specialty cupcakes that she has mastered in her baking career.  ❤

I am a life-long superfan of the Milwaukee Brewers, but don't hold that against me! I love baseball, every team, every crack of the bat, every close play, and especially the rivalries. I am 30 years old living in Brown Deer, WI (about 10 minutes north of Milwaukee). Currently I work in retail but hopefully soon I will be working for MLB, preferably in the MLB Fan Cave in New York City. My purpose in starting this blog is to highlight the Milwaukee Superfans as well as their antics, ramblings, and achievements. If I've missed anything, please feel free to send me a email and ask away! Go Brewers!
